• Training data: the scenarios you work, your inputs, saved drafts, scores and progress.
• Billing information: your plan, subscription status and billing history. Card details are entered directly with Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
• Technical data: basic information such as browser type and cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember the plan you selected.

How We Use It

• To provide the training, save your progress and generate your results and reports.
• To process payments, manage your membership and handle refunds.
• To send account and billing messages, such as receipts and password resets.
• To maintain security and improve the service.

How We Share It

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Sales Desk Pro — Netlify (hosting, authentication and database), Stripe (payments), and Google and Meta (analytics and advertising measurement) — and when required by law.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to carry your selected plan into checkout. We also use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. These tools may set cookies and receive information such as pages visited, sign-ups and purchases (not your card details). You can limit this through your browser settings or the ad preferences in your Google and Meta accounts.

Data Retention

We keep your account and training records while your account is open so your progress is there if you return. You can ask us to delete your account and training data at any time. Billing records may be kept as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Security

We use reputable providers and industry-standard protections, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Sales Desk Pro is intended for adults working in or entering the automotive industry and is not directed to children under 16.

We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do.
