Terms of Service

1. The Service

Sales Desk Pro provides training simulations, lessons and assessments for automotive sales and finance management skills. All vehicles, customers, lenders, rates, callbacks and transactions in the simulator are fictional and for training only. Nothing in the service is financial, legal, lending or compliance advice, and simulated results do not guarantee any job outcome, certification or real-world lender approval.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are for one individual and may not be shared.

3. Memberships and Billing

Paid memberships (Basic, Pro and Mastery) are monthly subscriptions billed in advance in U.S. dollars through Stripe. Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice before your next renewal.

Refunds and cancellation are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share course content, scenarios or answer keys; attempt to bypass plan restrictions; interfere with the service; or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The service, including its scenarios, lessons, software, text and design, belongs to Next Dealer Academy and is licensed to you for personal training use during your membership. Your training inputs and results remain yours; you allow us to store and process them to provide the service.

6. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add or remove features and content over time.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Dealer Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
